Mary Carr, a graduate student in the Microbiology and Immunology program, will defend her dissertation, "Streptococcus pneumoniae Zinc Metalloprotease IgA1 Protease: Substrate Cleavage In Vitro and Role in the Mouse Model of Keratitis," at 3 p.m. Monday, April 1, in the North Research Wing – Classroom 6A.
