Description:

The UMMC Police and Public Safety Department will host a seminar/interactive training, "Recruiting, Hiring and Retaining the Next Generation of Law Enforcement Officers," from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 17, in the School of Medicine, room SM122.

Speakers will include: Dr. LouAnn Woodward, UMMC vice chancellor for health affairs; Dr. Juanyce Taylor, UMMC chief diversity and inclusion officer; Kym Craven, executive director of the National Association of Women in Law Enforcement Executives (NAWLEE); Maureen McGough, founder of the 30X30 Initiative; Dr. Nikki Smith-Kea, current Stoneleigh Fellow with the Philadelphia Police Department.
