Description:

The MIND Center will present "A Comprehensive Approach to Alzheimer's and Dementia Care: A Continuing Medical Education Symposium provided by the Coordinated Care Goal Group of the Alzheimer's State Plan" on Thursday, August 4 at the Horne Event Center or online via Zoom. Dinner will be provided for in-person attendees.

There is no charge to attend this program.
