Chris Moore, Director, and Yolanda Griffin, Regulatory Affairs Manager, will give the Institutional Review Board Office of Integrity and Compliance Seminar Series presentation, “Acceptable Practices for Remote Consent and E-consent,” at 2:30 pm on Thursday, Dec. 16 online via WebEx.

The seminar series is presented in collaboration with the Office of Clinical Trials.

The presentation will cover:

• How to apply to the IRB to perform a remote consent process
• How to apply for and obtain an E-consent document
• How to use E-consent in compliance with UMMC and IRB policies
