Karen Dowling, a Department of Health Administration student, will defend her doctoral project, “Exploring Perceptions of Dermatology Access and the Adoption of Consultative Telederm Among Primary Care Providers in Rural Mississippi,” at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 16, in room SH134 of the School of Health Related Professions Building.
