MIND Center clinical svcs director to speak at Advocacy Day event

Dr. Kim Tarver, director of The MIND Center Clinical Services, will speak during Advocacy Day, an event to raise awareness among elected officials of individuals affected by Alzheimer’s, at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 12, in the first floor rotunda at the State Capitol in Jackson.

Health care organizations will sponsor tables to provide information about resources and support for patients with Alzheimer's and dementia. Breakfast will be available. Attendees are invited to dress in purple to participate in a group photo following the presentation.
