Once a patient in the state’s only children’s hospital, Abby McCardle is now a nurse there, giving her insight into care and a special relationship with colleagues who were once her nurses.

Protection from COVID-19 is now available for children ages 6 months to 4 years old at Children’s of Mississippi’s Batson Kids Clinic at 421 S. Stadium Drive. Research has shown the vaccines to dramatically lower chances of COVID-19-related hospitalization in older children.

Not just patients, but her work family are priorities with Frazier as she prepares to begin her 11th year with the SOD.
