From field hospitals for COVID-19 patients to record-breaking enrollment and research, the Medical Center has experienced another year of challenges – and celebrations. With the first birthday of the Kathy and Joe Sanderson Tower at Children’s of Mississippi, 100 clinical trials activated, and more than 3,000 students and residents at its seven schools, the Medical Center made advances in all three of its missions – health care, education and research.
