Coming to UMC was an unexpected part of my journey. However, it is one that I am incredibly happy to be a part of.
I was born and raised in Jennings, LA. Raised in Cajun country, I grew up with a health love for cooking and outdoor sports. I met my wife, Camille, in undergrad and we were married in June 2017. We welcomed our daughter, Vivienne, into our lives the first week into my residency and our second is on his way - due to arrive December 2023.
Outpatient rural family medicine - treating the communities I grew up with and that helped raise me.
Procedural medicine and ENT.
Cooking, boiling crawfish, hiking, traveling, brewing, movies, being a dad.
I spent a year training in otolaryngology which provided me valuable skills and knowledge in the field that I now use to treat me patients in the primary care setting.
