Credentialing examination pass rates

The Radiologic Sciences program assesses the following criteria for its graduates: the number of first-time examinees taking the national certification examination compared to the number of first-time examinees passing the national certification examination on the first attempt. Job placement rates

The Radiologic Sciences program assesses how many students who actively seek employment after graduation are actually employed within a certain time period following graduation. The JRCERT has defined "not actively seeking employment" as:

  • Graduate fails to communicate with program officials regarding employment status after multiple attempts or
  • Graduate is unwilling to seek employment that requires relocation or
  • Graduate is unwilling to accept employment due to salary or hours or
  • Graduate is on active military duty and/or
  • Graduate is continuing education.

Prior to 2014, assessment was performed at six months following graduation. Due to modifications in accreditation standards as of Jan. 1, 2014, job placement is assessed at twelve months following graduation.
