TITLE: Good Academic Standing
PURPOSE: To establish criteria for Good Academic
Standing in the John D. Bower School of Population Health.
POLICY: The Bower
School of Population Health defines a student in Good Academic Standing as one
who is making acceptable progress toward a graduate degree, who maintains a grade point average (GPA) of
3.0 or higher based on a four (4) point grading scale, and who is eligible to
register for and pursue academic coursework in the Bower School of Population
Health. All graduate students are expected to remain in Good Academic Standing.
Individual programs may have specific academic requirements in addition
to those stated in this policy.
