For the second year in a row, the Mississippi Miracles Radiothon - through pledges from individuals, families and businesses - raised more than $500,000 for Children’s of Mississippi. On-air personalities broadcasted live from the Batson Children’s Hospital lobby last week, giving patients and their families a chance to share their stories.

For the last 13 years, the University of Mississippi Medical Center has depended upon Lawson as its enterprise resource planning vendor. But that's about to change. Last week, Information Systems leaders introduced Workday, a new software package that will replace Lawson for all faculty, staff and student ERP needs.
