Dr. Fratkin is certified by American Boards of Pathology and Ophthalmology. He specializes in the diagnosis of diseases related to the central and peripheral nervous systems (neuropathology), pathologic interactions of nerves and muscles (neuromuscular pathology) and diseases of the eye and visual system (ophthalmic pathology).
The focus of Dr. Fratkin’s research is neurodegenerative diseases.
He is a member of the American Association of Neuropathologists and the American Academy of Neurologists.
