Dr. Jordan joined the University of Mississippi Medical Center faculty in 2002 as Associate Professor and Clinic Medical Director after 10 years in private practice as a Facial Plastic Surgeon. His undergraduate training and residency in otolaryngology were at the University of Florida, followed by a one year fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at the McCollough Aesthetic Medical Center with Dr. Gaylon McCollough in Birmingham, AL. Dr. Jordan is currently licensed by the state of Mississippi, and is board certified in both otolaryngology and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is the founder of the Face and Skin Center of University Physicians and is Vice-chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology and Communicative Sciences. Dr. Jordan's clinical expertise includes cosmetic surgery for facial aging and nasal problems, and facial reconstruction for skin cancer and trauma. His research interests include keloid pathogenesis, facial trauma, and non-invasive skin tightening. Dr. Jordan's non-clinical interestes include family, hunting, sailing, skiing, fishing and cycling. He lives in Madison, MS, and is married with two children.
