    System for UMMC Student Complaints or Comments

    Who should submit a complaint or comment?

    Students currently enrolled in an academic program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center are encouraged to submit feedback regarding academic accommodations at this institution using the form below.

    Individuals who are not students at the University of Mississippi Medical Center should submit their complaints or comments to the appropriate office.

    When to submit a complaint or comment?

    Students may submit a complaint if he or she has a concern or comment about the academic accommodations at his or her school.

    How to submit a complaint or comment?

    Students may file complaints or make comments by completing the form below. If students would like their feedback to remain anonymous, the name and email address fields should be left blank. If students would like to receive a response, the name and email address fields should be completed.

    After submitting a complaint or comment?

    Complaints or comments will be received and addressed by the Office of Academic Support. If a name and an email address are provided, the student will receive a response within 72 hours. If a name and an email address are not provided, the input will be anonymous, and he or she will not be contacted.
