University of Mississippi Medical Center, University of Tennessee Health Science Center and Tulane University faculty, staff and students are invited to attend the inaugural Delta Clinical and Translational Science Health Disparities Conference.
The event will bring together faculty, staff and students from three of the South's top academic medical centers to learn, share and transform ideas into solutions to eliminate health disparities in the Delta region. The conference will feature keynote presentations from each institution, as well as a poster session and a networking session.
The event will be held Thursday, July 19, 2018, on the campus of the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson from 9:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
As part of your registration, you will be asked to respond to several questions regarding your research interests. The data you provide will allow us to create a secure, searchable database where health disparities investigators from each campus can search for and view research profiles of conference attendees. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive and e-mail confirmation that includes a link to the researcher database, along with directions on how to use it.
If you cannot attend the conference but are interested in a collaboration, please fill out the registration form so we can know your research interests, you can be found and other collaborators can find you. More details on how to search for collaborators will be given once you complete registration.
