It is a back-end operation due to either Internet Explorer cookie settings or Safari. Read the Essential Guide to Internet Explorer Users to change your Internet Explorer settings.I can't log onto MyU / Authentication failedThere are various possibilities:
No portal roles are assignedWait one more day to let SAP complete the process of creating your account. If you still have the problem the next day, contact the Service Desk.
Access deniedIf you have been logged in MyU for more than 30 minutes, you may want to log out and then in again. If the issue persists, or you have just logged on, follow the instructions found in Essential Guide to Internet Explorer Users to change your Internet Explorer settings.
No match found when trying to get network log-on IDit's likely your admission record is not updated in the student system. You can contact the Registrar's Office for your admission status. Note: Your account will not be ready until the day after your admission application is approved in the student system. Contact Service Desk if it is not the case.
Weekly portal maintenanceThe backend servers of the student portal are down for maintenance from 6-7:30 a.m. each Friday. Do not use the portal during this period.
