WHAT: U.S. Rep. Gregg Harper, House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy and former Sen. Trent Lott will discuss future roles for telehealth technology in connecting patients to care providers.

WHY: Federal support of telehealth services, whether by paving the way for the technology and security requirements, by enhancing reimbursement opportunities under Medicare and Medicaid or through other means, can improve the health and quality of life for people in both rural and metropolitan areas of the country.
