    Clinical interests

    Dr. Lewis is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is specializes in oculoplastic surgery for adults and children.

    Research interests

    Dr. Lewis’s primary interests are in clinical research of disease of the eyelids and orbit, including tumors of the ocular adnexa and inflammatory diseases.

    Professional activities

    Dr. Lewis joined the faculty of the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2011. As an assistant professor and a board certified member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, he is active in the training of future ophthalmologists.

    Dr. Lewis practices the full spectrum of oculoplastic surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. This includes, but is not limited to, cosmetic and functional eyelid surgery, the treatment of abnormal tearing, the removal of periocular and orbital tumors and oculofacial reconstruction.
