Contracts Administration

The UMMC Office of Contracts Administration provides centralized contract review and management services that include:  coordinating contract requests, advising on contractual matters, negotiating and drafting legal documents, performing appropriate review of contracts to optimize legal and business terms, and facilitating timely renewal or termination of contracts to meet internal policies and external regulations. Contracts Administration serves as the central repository for all executed contracts and provides ongoing support in a variety of areas.
