The Critical Care Transport program supports all clinical service lines of the University of Mississippi Medical Center by providing an all-weather, all-weight, all-vehicle and statewide comprehensive transport program under one umbrella to support the institutional goals of clinical care excellence, research and education specific to the pre-hospital and transport medicine arenas.
UMMC's AirCare will host a Critical Care Transport Certification review course from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. May 11-13 at Holmes Community College to help participants prepare for the Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN), Certified Transport Registered Nurse (CTRN), Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C) and Certified Flight Paramedic (FP-C) examinations.
The review course is approved for 20 hours of Category ! continuing education by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
