    • Disease: Arthropod-borne viral encephalitides, including Eastern, Western, Venezuelan equine encephalomyelitis; St. Louis, California encephalitis; West Nile virus
    • Category: Standard
    • Comments: Not transmitted person-to-person except rarely by transfusion or organ transplantation. Testing of CSF and serum for prescence of antibodies to arboviruses (including West Nile) is currently performed by Mississippi Department of Health. Click here to obtain necessary paperwork. All items must be completed or paperwork will be rejected. Fax completed paperwork to (601) 984-2887.
