  • Animal Imaging Core

The Animal Imaging Core offers access to advanced imaging technology that allows investigators to accurately monitor the development of tumors growing in animals.

These tools allow researchers to monitor the size of the tumor and provide detailed insight into some of the molecular and biological events occurring inside the animal. Work done in this core provides more information from experiments than traditional tumor measurements could provide.

    Equipment

    • IVIS Spectrum animal imager system
    • Proscan 2 Ti-U microscope with time-lapse real-time video capacity

    External collaboration
