Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine

The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine provides clinical care and consultative services at the University Hospital, the Jackson Medical Mall, the G.V. ("Sonny") Montgomery Department of Veterans' Affairs Medical Center, and the University Medical Pavilion. The Division became only the 4th University Medical School in the country and the first in the south to launch an electronic ICU, called Intensiview, in conjunction with VISICU and Delta Health Alliance to monitor ICU beds in both the University Critical Care tower and remotely throughout the state of Mississippi.
