Members of the Mississippi Recycling Coalition present one of the organization's 2010 Environmental Hero Awards to the University of Mississippi Medical Center at a formal ceremony Jan. 12 in the vice chancellor's office. The MRC honored UMMC with the award as its State/Federal Government Recycler of the Year for the Medical Center's efforts in recycling and energy conservation.
