Mississippi's big problem

Mississippi has many problems, but it is also a place of paradox. We have one of the nation's lowest literacy rates, yet the state has produced so many award winning writers, we've stopped counting. Many people at the University of Mississippi Medical Center hope the same will be true of obesity.
