The rodeo is in town, and the action's not limited to the thundering spectacle of the Dixie National. Saddled up on a makeshift horse, 2-year-old Audrey Cargile yells "Whoa horsey!" while auditory/oral teacher Cheree Rembert wheels her around a classroom at Magnolia Speech School in Jackson.
