Cultural sensitivity and understanding are key elements necessary for living harmoniously in today's society. Our goal is to ensure that our future health care workforce reflects and appreciates the diversity within our communities.

Further, we hope to ensure that our future health care providers are receiving training that equips them to serve underserved populations effectively.
