Biweekly schedule

The schedule for each department for the week following the close of a biweekly pay period is:

• Friday - Noon deadline for any adjustments to be included on the next biweekly payroll.
• Monday - 10 a.m. close exempt exception time
• Monday - 11 a.m. close Kronos biweekly editing.
• Friday - Electronic pay advices are available through employee self-service. Printed forms are distributed by the department.
