    Current UMMC Alliance projects

    • Artwork - Children's 3 Circle, waiting rooms and consultation rooms
    • Conference room renovations - Classic UMMC historical photographs complement the walls in one of the busiest conference rooms on campus and a complete renovation of the consultation room where families of patients are taken for discussions with physicians.
    • Christmas decorations - Christmas decorations for several areas in the medical center are furnished by the UMMC Alliance. 
    • Contribution: American Heart Association and Changing the Face of Medicine:
    • Celebrating Women Physicians exhibit
    • Hospitality carts
    • Jewelry sales
    • Pediatric Christmas party
    • SHRP student lobby furnishings
    • Student equipment and movie night - Exercise cycles for student use and student study cubicles are two examples of items purchased by proceeds from Taste of the U and other UMMC Alliance fundraisers.
    • University Hospital chapel, including printed chapel cards - The University Hospital chapel opened its doors in 2006, partially funded by proceeds from UMMC Alliance fundraisers.
    • Vent patient funding
    • Reflection therapy garden - UMMC Alliance funded construction of a therapy garden and trail at University Rehabilitation Center.
