The standard operating hours are from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. During the first two semesters (fall I and spring I), students will be in class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and in clinical assignments on Tuesday and Thursday. During the third semester (summer), students will be in clinical assignments Monday through Friday, while the academic portion is online. During the final two semesters (fall II and spring II), students will be in class on Tuesday and Thursday, and in clinical assignments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There are no evening, weekend or holiday assignments.
The mission statement of the Radiologic Sciences program in the School of Health Related Professions at the University of Mississippi Medical Center is to provide an educational experience in a scholarly environment to help students reach their highest potential in technical knowledge and clinical competency in Radiologic Sciences.
