    What is a PDF?
Portable Document Format (PDF) format ensures your printed file retains the formatting you intended and that data in the file cannot easily be changed. Microsoft Office files often do not look the same on all computers. If your file is in another format besides PDF, you'll receive a proof before printing. To ensure fast and accurate printing, we suggest that you convert your file to a PDF before submitting it. You'll get your job faster, and you'll save money too. We've got detailed, step-by-step instructions for Windows computers.
