DIS to launch new Event Management System
The Division of Information Systems will launch a new Event Management System (EMS) for the School of Nursing, the School of Dentistry, the School of Health Related Professions and the Norman C. Nelson Student Union on Monday, April 8.
Medical Center faculty, staff and students may request meeting rooms and conference rooms in those buildings by visiting the UMMC Intranet and selecting Hotspots > Event Management System (EMS). A quick start guide is located on the EMS home page.
Rooms in the Classroom Wing, the upper and lower amphitheatres and the "A" classrooms will be available in the EMS on Aug. 1. Reservations for these rooms can be requested by calling the Student Union Administration Office at 4-1756 or 5-5900.
