Blakely to give Hearin Distinguished Lecture
Dr. Randy D. Blakely, Allen D. Bass Professor of Pharmacology and Psychiatry and director of the Vanderbilt/NIMH Silvio O. Conte Center for Neuroscience Research, will give the Robert M. Hearin Distinguished Lecture, "Serotonin and Autism: Unraveling 50 Years of Mystery," from noon-1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28, in R354 (upper amphitheatre).
All Medical Center faculty, staff and students are invited. Lunch will be available on a first-come basis from the Hearin Foundation.
The lecture is sponsored by the Mississippi Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience, the Department of Neurobiology and Anatomical Science and the Office of Research.
