Radiothon to benefit Children’s Hospital

Radio stations from across central Mississippi will participate in the 12th annual Mississippi Miracles Radiothon to benefit Batson Children's Hospital from 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, Feb. 27-March 1.

Participating stations Jackson's Jack FM, Y 101.7, US 96.3 and Mix 98 and Vicksburg's KHits and River 101, will broadcast live from the lobby of Batson Children's Hospital, while Meridian's 97 OKK, Kiss 104.1, Q101 and 105.7 The Beat will broadcast from Meridian.

Hosts will interview current and former patients and their families and the hospital staff who care for them. Listeners may call in pledges to benefit the hospital.

All donations will be used to fund equipment, research and programs that ensure the hospital is able to provide the most advanced level of medical care for Mississippi's children.
