NMT students recognized at conference

Nuclear medicine technology (NMT) student Abbey Graham, center, displays the first prize she received during the 36th Nuclear Medicine Update conference Feb. 16-17 in Jackson. NMT students also receiving awards during the conference were Ryan Bostic (second prize) and Melanie Hargett (third prize). Jeff Hood, nuclear medicine technologist, received the Best Technologist Award.

"This is the first time we did it (the conference) in 36 years," Vijayakumar said. "(I am) very proud of all the student presentations."
