MBS dubs Brunson 'health-care visionary'

Dr. Claude Brunson, left, professor of anesthesiology and senior advisor to the vice chancellor for external affairs, receives Mississippi Blood Services' Healthcare Visionary Award from David Allen, MBS president and CEO, during the MBS annual meeting Jan. 24 at the Jackson Hilton.

The award is presented to a passionate physician committed to enhancing health care in the state and in the nation.
