Prep students give 5k proceeds to research

The proceeds for cancer research came from a 5k race, "Pounding the Pavement for a Cure," Sept. 15, 2012 at Liberty Park in Flowood that was organized by Crawford and Buchanan after cancer had struck members of both of their families. The junior students said they hope to make the race a yearly event.
