Ross to discuss unconscious bias
Howard Ross, founder and chief learning officer of Cook Ross, Inc., will present "Unconscious Bias - The Elephant in the Room," from noon-1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10, in the second-floor conference center of the Norman C. Nelson Student Union.
The presentation will address how unconscious bias develops, how it impacts people and diversity efforts, and how it impacts the creation of successful cultural change.
