Employee health fair slated Nov. 7

The Pathfinders Committee will host its annual UMMC Employee Health Fair from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7, in the Clinical Sciences walkway.

The first 250 Medical Center employees who present their valid identification card will receive free health information, blood pressure, heart/stroke screening and blood glucose/cholesterol screening. The flu vaccine will be available for those who have completed their Healthstream assignment.

The event will include a poster contest that will be judged from 5-6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6. The Patient Educator of the Year will be announced at the event.
