Jones' accomplishments lauded at ceremony
Dr. Warren Jones, right, professor of family medicine and director of the Mississippi Instititute for Improvement of Geographical Minority Heath, receives a citation for his 11 years of service to the Medical Center from Dr. James E. Keeton, vice chancellor for health affairs, during a retirement reception for Jones Oct. 25.
Keeton praised Jones for using his knowledge of federal and state government programs to bring health-care resources to underserved areas of Mississippi.
