Jones, Keeton, Dzielak to address faculty

Dr. Dan Jones, University of Mississippi chancellor, Dr. James Keeton, vice chancellor for health affairs, and Dr. David Dzielak, executive director of Medicaid, are scheduled to speak at the fall faculty meeting at noon on Friday, Aug. 31, in the second-floor conference center of the Norman C. Nelson Student Union.

Jones and Keeton will provide an update for the university and the Medical Center in the next fiscal year. The event will include a recognition of faculty with 20 years of service.

Boxed lunches will be available on a first-come basis. Full-time faculty who have met the 20 cumulative-year service requirement but have not received a chair may call Dorothy Singleton at 5-4883 or e-mail her at drsingleton@umc.edu.
