Burney to direct facilities planning
Chris Burney has joined the Medical Center as the interim executive director of planning.
He will have overall responsibility for planning, design and construction. Previously he worked for Bridgeport Hospital in Connecticut, where he was administrative director of facilities management.
His job is to oversee the continued operation, coordination and consolidation of construction, master planning, space management and infrastructure on campus.
