Insurance company hosts 5th annual race to benefit Friends of Children's Hospital

WHAT: The 5th Annual SouthGroup Insurance Make A Difference 5K Run/Walk and One-Mile Kids Fun Run

WHEN: TOMORROW, Saturday, February 16th at 8:30 a.m. (Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.)

WHERE:  The Woodlands Office Park on County Line Road in Ridgeland

WHY:  For the past four years, SouthGroup employees from around the state volunteer their time organizing each aspect of the race and donate all proceeds to Friends of Children’s Hospital. To date they have donated $93,000 and hope to raise $30,000 at this year’s race.
