WHAT: Select players from the Mississippi State University football, volleyball, soccer and softball teams are coming to visit the patients at Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children.


WHEN:  2 p.m., Thursday, July 19

WHERE: Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children (Directions: Media may park in the gated lot to the left of the hospital. Push the button and tell the attendant that you are with the media. Enter through the double doors facing the parking lot and then the second set of double doors. The conference room is the first door on the left.)

WHY: The annual MSU visit is in conjunction with the annual Central Mississippi Alumni Association “Summer Extravaganza” at the Jackson Convention Complex Thursday night which serves as an unofficial kickoff to the upcoming academic and athletic year.
