Instructor in Nursing
Robyn MacSorley serves as an instructor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Nursing where she teaches health assessment and adult health and has served as a clinical faculty member for child/adolescent health in the undergraduate program. She is a 1992 BSN graduate and a 2010 MSN graduate of the UMMC School of Nursing, Nurse Educator track. Prior to becoming a faculty member in 2011, she worked primarily in emergency nursing and as a staff nurse in an internal medicine clinic. She is a member of the Mississippi Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau International. She presently is serving as treasurer for the Theta Beta Chapter of STTI. Her clinical interests include adult health issues and clinical simulation.
