Biography

Dr. Rebecca Rives teaches management to master's and baccalaureate students and serves as program director for a leadership development program for University Hospital and Health System.

She has held several executive leadership roles for a hospice company, a quality improvement organization and a national home-care company, prior to joining the University of Mississippi Medical Center full time in 2007. Her main area of interest is management, especially the subcategory of conflict management.
