Biography

Dr. Carl Mangum has been teaching at the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Nursing for over 10 years. He is a Certified Volunteer Firefighter and HAZMAT technician. He serves as the commander for the Mississippi-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team from the National Disaster Medical System.
