InstructorPsychiatry and Human Behavior
My research interests focus on the neuropharmacological basis of neurologic and psychiatric disease and cognition. Utilizing various behavioral pharmacological procedures and translational approaches, I aim to understand the pharmacologic mechanisms underlying the behavioral effects of drugs. Primary areas of research include anxiety, addiction, learning and memory, and schizophrenia-related cognitive deficits. I am also interested in exploring new animal models for neurologic and psychiatric diseases.
