    Self-Acceptance Group Therapy

Drs. Schoenleber and Gratz are currently running a study focused on the development and evaluation of a cognitive-behavioral group intervention for enhancing self-acceptance (e.g., abilities to be more compassionate and less judgmental toward the self). This 8-week group focuses on psychoeducation and skills training focused on improving shame-resilience and shame coping, as shame is an emotion that degrades self-acceptance.
